We do not currently accept orders or payments. The membership sections below apply when purchases open and you agree to them at checkout.
Using the website
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal adulthood where you live, to purchase a membership. If you purchase for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in credentials private. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your membership
Creator includes 150 sound downloads per month. Studio includes 450. Annual plans provide the same monthly allowance throughout the paid year. A new sound download uses one allowance; listening to a preview does not. Unused allowances expire at the next monthly reset and have no cash value. Your account will show the reset date. Saving a favorite does not reserve a license.
Prices and renewal
All listed membership prices are in US dollars. Creator is $12 monthly or $120 annually. Studio is $29 monthly or $290 annually. Annual plans are charged for the full year in advance. Memberships renew automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. Checkout will show the amount, billing interval, applicable taxes, and recurring-payment consent before you confirm. There is no free trial unless a specific offer says so.
Cancellation and changes
You may cancel renewal before the next billing date through the billing portal linked from your account, or request help at billing@lollipop.audio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; until then your membership remains available. Downloaded sounds remain licensed under the license accepted when you acquired them. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. See our refund and cancellation policy. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a price increase before it applies to a renewal, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
Delivery and sound rights
Sound files are delivered digitally through your account after payment and access are confirmed. No physical item is shipped. The delivery policy explains access and download limits. Sounds are licensed, not transferred with ownership of copyright. The Sound License sets out permitted uses and restrictions. Sound-specific limits will be disclosed before a download.
Fair use and account access
Do not resell or share accounts, bypass download limits, scrape the catalog, interfere with the service, upload malware, or use the service unlawfully. Automated bulk extraction is not permitted. We may restrict access to investigate fraud, security threats, or a material breach. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and allow it to be corrected. A legitimate cancellation or refund request is not misuse.
Availability and remedies
We may update the collection and website. Catalog listings and download availability can change; keep a backup of acquired files and your license records. Changes do not revoke valid licenses already granted. If a paid service or file is unavailable or materially different from its description, contact us so we can restore access, provide a suitable remedy, or refund the affected purchase as required by our policies and applicable law.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. You are responsible for how you combine sounds with other material and for permissions relating to that other material. We do not promise that every sound will suit every project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these terms.
Updates and contact
We will publish material changes with a new effective date and notify active members when changes affect their membership. Changes to a sound license do not retroactively narrow the license for sounds already acquired. Contact support@lollipop.audio with questions, complaints, or a request for a copy of the terms that applied to your purchase.
