Memberships are coming soon. No payments are currently being taken. The policies below apply to purchases when checkout opens.
Cancel your membership
Cancel renewal in the billing portal linked from your account before your next billing date. You can also contact billing@lollipop.audio for cancellation assistance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid monthly or annual period, and you keep access until then. There is no cancellation fee. Downloaded sounds remain licensed under the license you accepted when acquiring them.
Changed your mind
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first membership payment if you have not downloaded any sounds. For a renewal, contact us within 7 days for a full refund if no sounds have been downloaded during the renewed period. Listening to previews does not count as downloading. These voluntary policies add to, and do not replace, mandatory consumer rights.
A file or service is not right
If a file is corrupt, cannot be accessed, or materially differs from its description, contact us with the sound name and order details. We will try to provide a working file or restore access. If we cannot provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected purchase or unused service as applicable. Statutory remedies apply even where a voluntary refund window has passed.
Other requests
Outside the cases above, payments for a period that has begun are normally not refundable merely because you did not use all downloads. Annual plans are prepaid for the year; cancelling renewal does not automatically refund the unused months. We consider exceptional circumstances and always honor refunds required by law. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be investigated and corrected.
How to request a refund
Email billing@lollipop.audio from your account email and include the invoice number, relevant sound name if applicable, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, security codes, or identity documents. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your bank controls when the credit appears. We will confirm any effect on access or licenses.
Consumer cancellation rights
Some locations provide a statutory cooling-off period or remedies for faulty digital content. If immediate delivery requires your express consent and acknowledgment of a change to cancellation rights, we will request that separately before delivery. A blanket statement here does not waive those rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
