When this license applies
The library is coming soon. No sound license is granted merely by browsing the website or listening to a preview. This license applies to sounds you lawfully download through an eligible paid Lollipop membership when the collection opens. Your download record identifies the sound and license version. Any additional sound-specific restriction must be shown before you download.
What you may make
For each licensed sound, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive license to edit, adapt, synchronize, reproduce, and distribute the sound as part of your own finished projects. Permitted projects include games, films, videos, podcasts, advertisements, websites, apps, and live productions, including commercial and client work. Attribution is not required. There are no additional per-project royalties payable to Lollipop for use allowed by this license.
Keep the sounds you acquire
A valid license for a downloaded sound continues after you cancel your membership. You may continue using that sound in existing and new permitted projects. Your membership is needed to acquire additional sounds; it is not needed to preserve a valid license already acquired. Keep a local backup because continuing access to every catalog file is not guaranteed.
Who may use the source files
The license belongs to the individual or legal organization identified on the purchasing account. Both Creator and Studio cover one named account user; a larger allowance is not a multi-user license. Contractors may receive source files only to work on a specific project for that licensee, must protect those files, and must delete them when their work ends. A client may use the delivered finished project, but does not receive a separate source-sound library or a right to extract and reuse its sounds.
Protect the original sounds
You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, give away, or make the sound files available as standalone files, sound packs, sample libraries, templates intended to redistribute the sounds, or a competing asset service. Editing a sound does not remove this restriction. Embed sounds in games and apps using reasonable safeguards against extraction; do not offer users a source-file export feature. Do not share account access or use automated tools to harvest the library.
Other limits
Do not claim ownership of the original sound or register it by itself with an automated content-claiming system that could block other licensees. Do not use the source files to build or train machine-learning datasets or models without separate written permission. Do not use sounds unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that falsely implies endorsement by a person or brand.
Copyright and third-party material
Lollipop and its licensors retain any rights they hold in the original files. This license does not transfer copyright, create exclusivity, or grant rights in trademarks, recognizable identities, or other material outside the sound license. Check the sound’s description for disclosed restrictions. No license can grant rights that the licensor does not hold.
Refunds, errors, and termination
If a sound is refunded and its license is rescinded, stop using that sound in new projects and follow the refund confirmation and any mandatory legal rights. Contact us about previously released projects so we can agree a lawful remedy. A material violation of this license may lead to termination after notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct it where correction is possible. Ordinary membership cancellation does not terminate valid sound licenses.
