Availability
The first collection is coming soon. Sound previews, accounts, downloads, and paid memberships open with the library. We are not currently accepting preorders or payment.
Digital files only
Lollipop supplies downloadable sound files through your account. There is no physical shipping, shipping charge, or physical return. At launch, each sound page will state the file format, duration, technical details, and any usage restrictions before you download.
When access begins
After a successful payment is confirmed, the purchased membership will become available in your account. A pending or failed payment does not grant paid download access. If confirmation or access is delayed, contact support@lollipop.audio with your invoice number; do not purchase the same plan again to resolve an access problem.
Monthly allowances
Creator provides 150 new sound downloads per month; Studio provides 450. Allowances renew monthly, including on annual memberships, and do not accumulate. Previews and saved favorites do not use the allowance. Re-downloading the identical sound version from your acquired library does not use another allowance while that file remains available.
Keeping your files
You may back up sounds you have licensed. Cancelling renewal stops future membership benefits at the end of the paid period but does not revoke valid licenses for sounds already acquired. Keep copies of the files and license records because a sound may later be removed from the catalog.
Access issues and restrictions
Check that your device supports the listed file format and has enough storage before downloading. We may restrict access where required by law, sanctions, fraud prevention, or account security. If we cannot fulfill a paid purchase, we will provide an appropriate remedy under our refund policy and applicable law.
